• Submission of material samples and finishes. (Presentation Boards).
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities (B. 0. Q.)
• Close on-site supervision.
• Close follow-up of variation orders and supervision of works.
• Project delivery methodology.
• Walk through with client representative for snag list rectifications.
